Regional Day Camps At local parks Five days from 8am – 4pm Activities give boys a chance to learn new skills and experience through fun and excitement

The Program Scouts be participate in program according to their current rank. Each day they will visit six stations which include: archery, bb guns, sling shots, nature, scout skills, craft, teambuilding, aquatics and more.

The Program Sports Nature Scout Skills Crafts Theme Related Fun Scouts travel to six different stations daily where they will participate in various activities such as Sports, Nature, Scout Skills, Crafts and Theme Related Fun.

Sample Day Camp Schedule

King Arthur & the Knights of the Roundtable Campers will participate in medieval themed activities daily in order to learn the skills and knowledge to be come a knight. Activities include: Decorating Wooden Shields Tunics and rope making Horseshoes and Golf Leave No Trace activities Map & Compass Skills Code Breaking Catapults Archery, BB’s and Slingshots

Advancement In Camp Cub Program Advancement will occur naturally for all levels. Some activities will be geared towards a specific rank advancement, but will be presented in an exciting way which appeals to all levels. Webelos Program Advancement will also occur naturally, but special focus will be placed on providing activities to fulfill the Art Explosion and Build It Adventure Pins. At the end of camp, all participants will receive a listing of advancement completed during camp.

Den Assignments Campers will be assigned to a Cub Scout or Webelos Den Several packs may be assigned to the same den or Packs with many campers may be split into two dens Each den will participate in activities together throughout the duration of camp

Medieval Knights Sleep Over Camps

Sleep Over Camps Sleep over camps give Scouts and Adults the opportunity to experience all the fun of camp AND stay over night! Camp Indian Trails Location Wolves, Bears, Webelos and Arrow of Light Who Attends? 4 Days, 3 Nights Length of Stay

Medieval Knights Program Activities will be transport campers to the Medieval Times where they improve their knight skills, test their endurance and display their courage. Activities include: Swimming BB’s, Archery, Slingshots Crafts STEM Activities Nature and Ecology Sports and Games

Advancement In Camp Campers will complete rank specific advancement as they participate in activities at camp. At the end of camp, pack coordinators will receive a summary of adventures earned and requirements completed by campers.

Pack Leadership At Camp Packs must provide at least two adults, one being 21 years or older, at all times. It is encouraged to maintain a one adult to four scouts ratio. Pack Leadership will assist with supervising scouts at the campsites as well as providing general supervision throughout the day.

Sleep Over Camp Dates July 5-8 July 10-13 July 17-20 July 24-27 Check in begins at 8am. Camp starts at 10 am on day one and concludes after lunch on the last day.

Webelos Sleep Over Camps Ed Bryant Scout Reservation Webelos Sleep Over Camps

Webelos Sleep Over Dates June 21 - 24 Check in begins at 1:30 and goes until 3:30 on the first day. Camp concludes with a hot breakfast on the last day of camp

Webelos Sleep Over Camp Packs are paired with other packs and camp in 4 campsites. The campsite name becomes your clan name and dictates your program rotation. There are six program areas each day. Activities include: Swimming BB’s, Archery, Slingshots Scoutcraft Scout skills Upon completion of a program area, the camper will collect a bead and totem that will be assembled at the end of the week to make a Native American choker.

Webelos Sleep Over Camp Costs for Camp Youth: $150* Adults: $5 Lunch supplied on last day Regional Day Camp Youth: $200* Adults: $80 Sleep Over Camp Provisional Camper: $250* Webelos Sleep Over Camp *Registration by May 1st, after May 1st Regional Day Camp is $175, Sleepover Camp and Webelos Sleep Over Camp $250 and Provisional Campers $300.

Pack Leadership At Camp Campers cannot be allowed at camp without adult supervision Packs should plan on providing at least two adults to walk with the campers each day. At least 1 adult will be needed per age group per pack.

Responsibilities of Pack Leadership at Camp Maintain Discipline in your den Assist Camp Staff as Needed Ensure Youth Protection guidelines are followed at all times Guide Group from station to station according to camp schedule

Pack Camping Coordinator Responsibilities Promote and communicate camping opportunities to the Pack. Schedule presentations for pack meetings, Blue & Gold banquets or Pinewood Derbies. Become familiar with the information in the camping catalog and communicate camp policies to the pack. Be the Pack Contact for the Camp Directors to distribute information to the Pack or if there are questions about registration.

Pack Camping Coordinator Responsibilities Collect registration forms and payments from parents. Submit pack registration and payment online prior to the deadlines. Ensure campers have necessary medical forms for the start of camp Coordinate Pack leadership Arrange Transportation

2017 Council Flower Sale The 2017 Flower Sale Commitment forms are due February 3. Sales are February 6 – March 6. Packs receive 20% commission on flower sales.

Camperships Camperships are available to pay part of the registration for camp. Applications must be received by March 30th.
