WHO IS A SHOPSTEWARD An elected union member powered with the responsibility of representing his fellow co-workers or employees in dealings with management on day to day basis at a particular level that the particular Shop Steward has been assigned to. i.e It could be at National level Regional Level Or Site Level This is in accordance with the Union Constitution.
