Maneuver Center of Excellence Mission The Maneuver Center of Excellence provides trained, agile, adaptive Soldiers and leaders ready to operate across the range of military operations; develops doctrine and capabilities for the Maneuver Force and the individual Soldier, and provides world-class quality of life for our Soldiers, Civilians, and Army Families to ensure our Army’s Maneuver Forces are fully prepared to “Win in a Complex World.” This is MG Miller’s Mission statement: Founded on a culture of excellence that selects, educates, trains, certifies, and resources instructors and courses to produce Soldiers and Leaders who have mastered maneuver fundamentals and are able to adapt to complex environments.
