Cisco Unified Presenter Plug-In Highly Recommended all users install the Plug In before entering a Collaboration Session If participant is planning on sharing their desktop or an application, they MUST install the Plug-In If not installed participant can only view shared content Link for the Plug-In is located on the MeetingPlace Home Page Download and run the executable – Takes about 10 seconds to load
MeetingPlace – Browser Test Highly Recommended first time participants run the browser test It will identify any issues you may have using the collaboration window
MeetingPlace – Joining a Web-Conference Press the connect button and you will join the web-conference
MeetingPlace – Joining an Audio Conference Call MeetingPlace Toll Free phone access via 1-866-648-7367 Press ‘1’ to join a meeting Enter the Meeting ID (402402) followed by ‘#’ Speak your name or location Press ‘1’ to join the meeting
MeetingPlace – Joining a Web-Conference Enter the Meeting ID of 402402 Press Attend Meeting Remember to run the Browser Test and Install the Cisco Unified Add-In if you haven’t already
