TaskFlow’s Customer Relationship Management (CRM) is the centre point for the system and has a strong customer oriented approach with all modules interacting to provide a holistic overview of customer engagement with an emphasis on omnichannel communications management.

Discuss Essentials Functionality: Back Next The Discussion application is integrated with other TaskFlow applications and allows collaboration with fellow colleagues, clients, or vendors on TaskFlow. It's instantly available through dedicated shortcuts and by making use of the Application Switcher. Email collaboration can be done through this application instead of using Gmail, MS Outlook or any other Email software. Normal messages and emails alike are able to receive a wide range of file formats. *Note that the application does not replace your current email software Functionality: All new email related content will arrive in the inbox whereby each message can be replied to, starred or marked as read. Emails and messages that are deemed important can be prioritized by using the STAR function. When an email arrived at the "Inbox" and you marked it with a star, the message will be stored at the "Starred" (Located below the Inbox) The Channel function allows to create chat groups, whereby users can join or be invited to. TaskFlow has the ability to chat directly with any other user on TaskFlow privately. All Private person-to-person messages will be stacked beneath this section. When email setup is complete. Users will be able to create private channels for collaboration without followers. New members can only be invited to join these private discussion channels. Discuss Interface

Calendar Essentials Functionality: Back Next Calendar: Week View Essentials The Calendar is integrated with other TaskFlow applications. Setup Sales meetings, deadlines for targets or company events, all will be viewable in the calendar. By using filters, organised events can be refined according to user. Set other user’s calendars as favourites or use the list view for a different perspective. Functionality: Sync Google Calendar with TaskFlow calendar Create recurring events Invite other TaskFlow users to join events, appointments etc. Pinpoint deadlines and sales made View all or filtered events in a list view View calendar by day/week or month View other users public events Be able to edit an event at any time

Sales Essentials Functionality: Back Next The main objective of the Sales application is to encourage, organize and plan your Sales Pipeline. Load your product list, create sales teams and draw reports about performance. Instantly view stats on your Sales Dashboard and be able to view in-depth information about the records. Email and send quotes or invoices directly to a customer or view the salesmen activities about each sale. Follow each lead through the sales process and be aware of any relevant correspondence, change in sale negotiation or potential demonstration presentations. The Sales Application can be linked to the TaskFlow’s internal Quoting/Invoice System to keep track and also to generate sales related documentation.
