PLANNING THE RENOVATION & RELOCATION All THE DEPARTMENTS WERE MET TO: ENSURE RESIDENTS SAFETY ENSURE QUALITY AND ACCESSIBILITY TO CARE & SERVICES FOR RESIDENTS AT BOTH HENRI-BRADET & JGH MINIMIZE RENOVATIONS & RELOCATION IMPACTS ON RESIDENTS AND EMPLOYEES

CARE & SERVICES PROVIDED AT THE JGH SAME CARE & SERVICES AS WHEN IN HENRI-BRADET: HENRI-BRADET STAFF RELOCATED TO THE JGH TO ENSURE CONTINUITY OF CARE TO RESIDENTS PHYSIOTHERAPY & OCCUPATIONNAL THERAPY RECREATIONAL ACTIVITIES MILIEU DE VIE SERVICES: HAIRDRESSER, PODIATRIST, DENTIST MEALS LAUNDRY SERVICES

CHANGES FOR THE RESIDENTS & THEIR FAMILIES SHARED ROOMS AT THE JGH MOST ROOMS AT THE JGH ARE FOR 2 OR 3 RESIDENTS ROOM FEES WILL BE ADJUSTED TEAM IS PAYING GREAT ATTENTION TO DO THE BEST RESIDENTS MATCHES MEALS KOSHER MEALS TEAM WILL BE ABLE TO ACCOMMODATE RESIDENTS SPECIAL REQUESTS MEAL HOURS AT 9:00 A.M., 1:00 P.M. AND 6:00 P.M. FAMILY ROOM WILL BE AVAILABLE FOR GROUP DINNERS CABLE SERVICE & TV CABLE SERVICE WILL BE PROVIDED BY BELL TRANSFER COST WILL BE COVERED BY HENRI-BRADET CENTER TVs WILL BE SUPPLIED BY THE JGH

CHANGES FOR THE RESIDENTS & THEIR FAMILIES TELEPHONE SERVICE RESIDENTS WILL KEEP THE SAME PHONE NUMBER LINES WILL BE FORWARDED TO THE JGH RELATED COSTS WILL BE COVERED BY HENRI-BRADET CENTER PERSONAL BELONGINGS LIMIT VALUABLE BELONGINGS PRIOR TO THE MOVE DAY CAN BRING A MINIMUM OF PICTURES TO PERSONNALIZE SPACE FURNITURE & OTHER ITEMS WILL BE STORED FOR THE DURATION OF THE MOVE PARKING RATE & VISITING HOURS UNDERGROUND PARKING RATE FOR HENRI-BRADET VISITORS: 10$/DAY OR 75$/MONTH NO LIMITED VISITING HOURS SPECIFIC ENTRANCES AFTER 7:00 P.M. (TO BE COMMUNICATED)
