South at a Glance Began in 1897 out of the School of the Commons; 1901 was first graduating class with 8 students; 1897 – 1957 – Eugene High School; 1958 – First graduating class from South Eugene High School with 528 seniors; Last year 4000 college credits were awarded to SEHS students; Over 500 AP tests taken; Graduation rate of 92% compared to State average of 73.8%;

South Eugene High School In-district School Choice School Choice Process http://4jschoolchoice.com In-district School Choice Online Applications are now available if you live in the 4j School District Deadline to submit online applications: 5:00pm Tuesday, February 28, 2017 The in-district lottery will be the first week of March, 2017, and the results will be emailed to parents by Wednesday, March 8, 2017
Out-of-District Open Enrollment Pending school board approval Open enrollment online applications will be available on Wednesday, March 1, 2017 Deadline to submit online applications (no exceptions): 5:00pm Saturday, April 1, 2017 Results will be emailed the following week. For In-District Lottery and Out-of-District Open Enrollment, you must create an Application Account and apply online.
