My core coaching philosophy…

If you want to sell more homes…

You must talk to more people!

Real Estate 101!!

Everyone starts with the same 24 hours per day…

The same 7 days per week…

The same 365 days per year!!

Are some people so much more productive Why then… Are some people so much more productive than others?

Time in a day is a zero-sum game.

You can’t manufacture time…

So it really is a matter of priorities.

Everything does not matter equally.

In real estate you do not get paid for your time.

You get paid for what you do with your time.

Invest your time consciously!!

Invest your time mindfully!!

Invest your time purposefully!!

Certain activities make you money.

Other activities don’t.

If you want to make more money…

You must really understand the following…

Making more money is a function of…

Spending more time doing the things that make you money.

Prospecting Conversion Showing Presenting Negotiating

Doing these things better.

Doing them over a long enough period of time.

Being accountable.

You don’t need to really think about the things you do…

AND THAT IS THE PROBLEM!!

Your consciousness determines your choices.

Your choices become your actions.

Your actions become your habits.

Your habits become your routine.

Your routine becomes your autopilot.

Your autopilot ultimately manages your choices and actions.

Choice Action Habit Routine Autopilot

Anything other than a conscious commitment...

To what is most important...

Is an unconscious commitment...

To what is less important.

Conscious Mindful Purposeful

Putting first things first is the key to your success.

Faster, Harder, Smarter, More...

Is not the answer.

Quality of life cannot be achieved...

By shortcut, a quick fix or anything instant.

A meaningful life is not a matter of speed or efficiency.

A meaningful life is about purpose, and passion, and perseverance, and faith.

More important than how fast you are going is...

Where are you going and why.

The challenges you face in life cannot be solved…

By getting more things done...

In a shorter period of time.

Transformation is a process...

Not an event.

Change takes time.

Consciously nurturing change...

Makes us smarter, more self-aware and...

Builds a solid foundation for continued growth.

The key to lasting transformation...

Is not speed or force...

The key to lasting change is...

Nurture and time.

The changes you need to make...

Are harder than you think...

And will take longer than you think…

And that is okay.

When you are making a change...

That will last a lifetime...

Focus on subtle change...

Change at the margin...

Not drastic change...

And remember...

There is no need to rush.

Change at the margin is...

In practice, the very epicenter of behavioral change.

Small Move, Big Change.

What is a Microresolution?

A targeted limited behavioral change that is reasonable enough that you can force yourself to keep it.

Rule #1 – Make it Easy.

Rule #2 – Make it an Explicit and Measurable Action.

Rule #3 – Make it pay off Up Front.

Rule #4 – Make it Personal.

Rule #5 – Make it Resonate.

Rule #6 – Make it on Cue.

Rule #7 – Make No More than Two at a Time.

To go big…

You must go small!!
