Wireless Power Interface HDL-MPWPID03L.18

Description HDL-MPWPID03L.18, singel fire wire power interface, which supplies DC5V power to wireless panel. It has 3 output channels for dimming and switch.

Notes Power interface can be used without null line The 1st channel is MOSFET dimming, output current should not exceed 1.2A; the 2nd and 3rd are TRIAC dimming/switch, the total current cannot exceed 2A. To enable the power interface to detect a signal from channel 1, connect a load or bypass module Recommend channel 1 load types: electronic transformer, LED driver. It can reduce noise in dimming mode Make sure the lamps meet the minimum load power requirement, 30W. If the connected load is less than 30W, should connect the constant current module in parallel to provide enough working current for panel. If the load supports dimming, you can also limit the max. output voltage to provide enough power for panel, e.g. 80%.

Bypass Module Generally, if the load is lamp, the max. level should not exceed 80%. If the load is LED and less than 30W, it needs connect the constant current module in parallel to provide enough working current.

Low power load Used to replace those normal switch as below:

High power load Some wall boxes may have channels with high power loads which cannot be controlled via the power interface. If this is the case a wireless relay or dimmer should be installed in the roof.

Parallel Connection One wireless panel can be connected with up to 4 wireless power interface, wireless panel will detect and assign channel numbers to them automatically. E.g. Power Interface 1 assigned with channel 1-3, Power Interface 2 assigned with channel 4-6, Power Interface 3 assigned with channel 7-9, Power Interface 4 assigned with channel 10-12.
