Interesting Structures in Washington State Lynnwood Elementary WA , USA

Seattle Space Needle by Jackie I pick the Space Needle because it's an important symbol of Seattle and the history on it is very interesting. The Space Needle was built 1962 for the World’s Fair. When I was there it was very hot and pretty outside. When I went up the space needle it felt even hotter because we were closer to the sky. From the observation deck at the top, I saw a beautiful view of the Puget Sound and I saw Mt. Rainier.

The EMP by Jackson The Experience Music Project museum is right next to the Space Needle. It was founded by Microsoft co-founder Paul Allen in It has a lot of fun exhibits. “It has the largest collections in the world of rare artifacts, hand-written lyrics, personal instruments, and original photographs celebrating the music and history of Seattle musicians Nirvana and Jimi Hendrix” View from Space Needle Guitar Tower

The Museum of Glass by Angel B. The glass has history and glass is really amazing to look at. The Museum of Glass is fun because you can see how the glass is made. It is a modern museum and there is kid design collection that is really cool. “The focus of the Collection is to showcase exemplary works of art created during the 20th and 21st centuries by artists from around the world.” https://museumofglass.org/permanent-collections  

The Grand Coulee Dam by Max The Grand Coulee Dam is an amazing structure that was built in Washington State in 1933 to produce Hydroelectric Power. This is a very important site for producing energy here. Also it is interesting to visit, especially at night when they have the laser show. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Grand_Coulee_Dam

The tower on Mt Constitution Flickr / Jonathan Miske This tower is on top of Mt Constitution on Orcas Island. I was an observation tower, not used for this any more. You can hike or drive to the top through Moran State Park and climb to the top. On a nice day you can see the beautify view above.
