Background Persistent workforce shortages were noted in Northwest Wisconsin, an area served by institutions from Minnesota and Wisconsin Wisconsin Council on Medical Education and Workforce held two Invitational meetings to identify opportunities to develop GME in NW Wisconsin One outcome was the identification of common needs, such as faculty development, and exploration of ways to meet needs through the collaboration of interested groups Place holder slide with ideas to explain to the audience how our groups came together and began a growing collaboration
