Pre – Season Camp Get into shape before August/September Summer Workouts Are On Your Own: Camp August 29-30 Wed & Thurs 3-5 Shorts & t-shirt, sneakers & spikes, plenty of liquids Stretching, speed work & timed mile run Forms needed to participate in the camp!

Required Forms Team Rules Code of Conduct Physical Form (completed & signed by a physician) Must be completed after June 1st 2017 Emergency Medical Treatment Form All Forms are needed before participating in Preseason Camp on Wednesday August 29th.

Practice & Games No practice over Labor Day Weekend 1st practice: Monday 9/5 from 2:30 - 5:00 No Practice on 9/4, 9/21 and 9/22 (No School) Black Game Pants thigh and knee pads, shoulder pads and helmets Provided by Unami Compression shorts with the hip pads need to be purchased by the players Scrimmages start towards the end of Sept. Game Schedule 8th Grade plays on Thursdays at 3:30? 7th Grade plays on Tuesdays at 3:30? Schedules to be posted soon!

Unami Football Concussion and Injuries Concussions happen, we need to be sure to err on the side of caution. Injuries should be brought to the attention of the coaches as soon as they happen. Notify coaches if you notice your player has a recurring headache or other concussion like symptoms. If a player is injured in a practice or game and we are aware of it we will refer you to your pediatrician or the emergency room.
