Background Election Held May 2016 New Authorization - $481 million Remaining Funds from 2008 Program - $16 million Total Program - $497 million

Architect/Delivery Method Pool of Architects / Engineers Already Selected Through RFQ Process. Assigned on Project by Project Basis. Exception – Fine Arts Facility Vast Majority of Projects use Construction Manager at Risk Delivery Method

Signature Project – Fine Arts Facility Total Budget (including land) - $68.5 million +/- 127,000 square feet Land Closing by October 31st Architect Selection – November 15th Construction Begins late 2017/early 2018
