Each colored line represents an individual patient. *This patient had ITB for 13 years and large dose changes in the years before the time of study. His ITB dose was decreased due to stable spasticity and suspected catheter malfunction. His spasticity remained stable with a lower dose and the patient underwent catheter revision. He was noted to have a gradual increase in spasticity and subsequent increases in ITB dosage. ITB = intrathecal baclofen.
