MyPlate @ Home The guidelines for MyPlate are unique to each user. A user friendly chart allows you to figure out your recommended guidelines with your age, height and weight. The chart on the next slide is the guidelines for daily intake of vegetables

ChooseMyPlate.gov

MyPlate @ Home Choose Myplate’s website has tons of information on nutrition as well as a cool program to track your meals at home The Supertracker is a way to input food you eat to see if you are meeting your daily recommended serving of Proteins, Dairy, Grains, Fruits, and Vegetables

MyPlate @ Home In addition to your diet, the website can also help you track your daily exercise and how it effects your diet. This is a great tool to help maintain a consistent and healthy diet

Food For Thought It is important to remember that “diet” does not mean you have to eat less but is more in place to establish and maintain healthy eating habits that will have long term positive effects on your life.
