Chylous lymphedema. (A) Patient with chylolymphedema of the external genitalia and left leg with marked scrotal chylous warts and chylorrhea. (B) Lymphoscintigraphic imaging demonstrates massive reflux of tracer into the left leg and scrotum. Treatment consisted of multiple lymphatic–venous anastomoses performed bilaterally at the groin, plastic reduction of external genitalia, and laser carbon dioxide treatment of the chylous warts.
