Our Target Audience In thrillers the audience are there to be thrilled. When the audience finish watching the film, they should have a emotive response to it. The suspense of thrillers and the non-linear sounds make audiences feel scared and leaves the audience feeling on edge. Thrillers manipulate the audiences emotions and try and get their heart racing. We wanted to try and give this kind of effect in our movie. The certificate we choose for our movie was +18, because we thought it did not have any seriously strong language, strong violence or disturbing images. But it did have certain references to crime, drugs and some violence. So our overall conclusion was that it would be best for it to be +18. Our target audience is anyone who loves thrillers and females. We choose females to be one of our Target audiences because of the fact that our protagonist was a female, and we thought it might attract a female audience. We thought that having a female protagonist was unique and would attract a certain audience.

Due Retribution Our film is called Due retribution and it is a psychological thriller. We made it a 15+ because of the psychological affects of the film and you have to be a certain age to understand the film. We were debating whether or not the film should be a 15+ or an 18+ but in the end we decided on 18+.
