HOW CAN YOU APPLY THEM? What will you do in life where you can apply these personal qualities? How can you manage situations in order to apply these qualities? What do you already do well? What do you want to improve upon? How will they help you reach your goals?

GOAL SETTING Have a large goal Break down that goal into smaller achievable goals Break down each small goal into detailed steps Organize an outline Describe each step in detail Place all steps and goals onto a timeline/timeframe Review all steps/goals

GOALS BAD GOOD I want to lose 10 pounds. I want to get an A. I want to lose 10 pounds before summer by losing 2 pounds per week for 5 weeks. I want to get an A by working hard, turning in all of my work and trying my best every day.

MANAGE A GOAL The power is in the details. List as many options as possible. Be descriptive. Think outside the box. Think, Dig Deep, Discuss
