China CPD Conference Theme for last year was ‘Turning Problems into Solutions’ The aim was to support centre staff to develop their own capabilities Develop skills, hints and tips on how to address problems they may face in the planning, delivery and assessment of HND programmes.

QQ Platform Created by In Country Manager – Jimmy Zhang Launched at CPD Conference August 2016 Platform for SQA HND teachers in China to share locally developed teaching materials, classroom activities, formative assessments, and website links related to teaching SQA HND units

Main Functions for SQA HND Teachers Sending and receiving messages Uploading and downloading files, pictures, video, etc. Sharing website links containing contents related to SQA HND teaching Video meeting

Centres Will work with new centres both in China and internationally “New” centre – delivering for 2 years or less (loose definition) Work closely with International Team, Qualifications Development and Qualifications Verification
