Promoting Women to be leader on TU membership !! 1-Title Promoting Women to be leader on TU membership !!

2- Background Around the world, Women still feel unfair and unequal in front of their rights. Women face higher unemployment rates than men globally. They are abused by labor force participation, vulnerability, and segregation in jobs and economic sectors Some women work under bad conditions, they resist kinds of pressure at work like neglecting qualification, capacity and worst of that by physical harassment. if we want women to feel welfare, we must have refreshing her incentives.

3- the goal Focusing on how we can emerging women for being effective TU membership by unity, solidarity and to empower them from bottom up. Women have to be leadership because she is an added value of power to fight against TU rights. Impact of Capacity Building can provide them a decent work.

4- Objectives : what to do? The renewal concept is to update women’s workers in a regular training and education i.e. (e-learning) to become Stronger and strengthen. Being on track by improving many ways that women should be effective TU leader. Guaranteeing equal opportunities for women and men is not just the right thing to do. It’s smart economics.

5- Result :Women’s interaction Promoting themselves to belong deeply to TU. Creating lobbying for rising the voice against men TU leadership because it is a fact to share. Applying the strategy of SWOC: (Strength + Weaknesses) = (Opportunities + Challenges). Balance of power by imposing the challenges. Good hands to manage the union to be stronger. By sharing knowledge ↔ developing leaders

6 - Several Activities Unions workshop via inner experts and outer TU network. Developing by training management programmes for women TU reps and activists. Elaborate a newsletter specified by women's writer.

7 - Target groups - All Women memberships on TU. - Potential women memberships.

8 - Cooperative Partners : All TU women memberships. TU magazine, newsletter and inter social media. Best practices support from ILO, ETUI, PSI and FES. TU’s Funds.

9 - Who is Responsible ? Women's workers themselves. Executive committee.

10 - Resources Logistics, trainer and Funds. Training Centres, Lawyers, Organizers, Activists. Need Materials and Experts.

12 - Assumptions Positive side : Negative side : Increasing the participation of women's as TU membership. Competition between all workers to never give up under pressure situation. Negative side : Loosing the existing rating percentage of women’s membership.
