College Visitations Two days of excused absences are allowed PROCEDURE Parent call attendance to give the date and name of colleges to be visited Student has teachers sign form from Mrs. Spiccia and then returns form to her at the end of the day – at least 24 hours in advance

NCAA Mrs. Bourdakos-contact person for NCAA Division I and Division II Eligibility End of junior year-transcripts uploaded into NCAA Core Graduation Requirements monitored Students register on-line and create NCAA account by the end of junior year
Naviance Family Connection Web-based program used by students to plan for college and career Used by counselors to send transcripts and teacher letters of recommendation to colleges senior year Students have to add colleges they are interested in and colleges they are applying to Parents and Students each have an account www.mayfieldschools.org
