Bellwork--Which Is Correct? 1. Complete your SOAP note as quickly as possible and do not worry about accuracy and readability. 2. The S in SOAP describes the interview portion of the injury. 3. The O in SOAP describes the physical inspection of the injury. 4. The question “How did it happen?” belongs in the O part of your SOAP note. (hold up finger) #2 is the correct answer…… #1---be accurate #3---visual inspection not physical #4---question belongs in S section 1. Hand signals: thumbs up or thumbs down to indicate agreement or disagreement use fingers to indicate a number selection such as “Which is the correct solution one, two or three?” teacher gives feedback to the students PROPERTY OF PIMA COUNTY JTED, 2010 2
