As part of our on-going effort to improve the experience for you and your riders with our bike share system, we are happy to introduce the Movatic Software Platform. This new software platform offers exciting enhancements for both riders and program managers. Now you can checkout bikes… using your phone.

Let’s Get You Registered

Step 1: Click on the Menu button in the upper left corner Step 2: Click on Private Systems

Step 3: Click on Join a Private System My Program Step 4: Enter the name of your bike share program, “River Cities Bike Share” then click Continue

Step 5: Read and Accept the User Agreement and Waiver Step 6: Await approval of your registration

Let’s Go For a Ride

App is Map Based Step 1: Click a Pin on the map to see how many bikes are available at each station

Choose Your Bike Step 2: At the bike station, click on the number corresponding to the bike you want to use

The App will automatically unlock the bike from the rack

Go Have Fun!

Return the Bike Step 1: Roll bike into docking spot on rack. Bike will lock to the pin on the rack.

Step 2: Click Active Rentals Icon in the upper right of screen. End Your Rental Step 2: Click Active Rentals Icon in the upper right of screen.

End Your Rental Step 3: Click End Rental
