Homepage Top Menu Bar (black) & Account Access: Links to external IEEE content/websites Links for AESS Members to Create Account or Sign In to have access to the AESS Resource Center features/content You will notice the different pricing levels (AESS Member, IEEE Member, Non-Member) for each item within the AESS Resource Center listed for that piece of content AESS Content section: Highlights content within the AESS Resource Center using clickable images to navigate guests to that piece of content Link to the full Archive for all AESS Resource Center content Callout box highlighting the newest posted content on the AESS Resource Center Homepage also includes Main Menu Bar (gray) and rotating image/content Carousel in the center section NOTE: Working on changing content titles to be more descriptive to make it easier to differentiate between items when navigating through the site 4/17/2018

Image/Content Carousel IEEE suggest 4-8 images in the rotating carousel at any given time Each image in the homepage carousel links to existing content in the AESS Resource Center The image is overlaid with text including the title of the content, the page where the piece of content can be located within the AESS Resource Center, and the pricing levels for that piece of content Visitors can navigate to the content highlighted in the carousel by clicking on the image/title text New images can be added into the carousel rotation to promote newly added content

Main Menu Bar To access content in each area of the Main Menu Bar, visitors click on the menu item A dropdown appears with the subcategories options for that menu item item including content previews Visitors can click on a specific piece of content, click on a subcategory to navigate to that full content page, or click on the homepage link for that menu item Menu Bar: Education Tab Video Tutorials - each video tutorial has a price point based on the membership type Slide Tutorials - each slide deck has a price point based on the membership type Mentoring Program – this content is a free resource and leads to teaser with link to external content on the AESS Website for the Mentoring Program Publications Tab Electronic Magazine - each copy of the magazine has a price point based on the membership type Join AESS - leads to an external page for AESS Membership options AESS Home - leads to an external link for AESS Website Homepage AESS Links for Social Media - clickable icons for AESS Social Media sites AESS Resource Center Search Bar - users may type here to search the whole resource center archive Additional Tabs/Buttons can be added to the Main Menu Bar.  These should be kept general with more specific subcategories as needed because there is only so much space on the main menu bar area. 4/17/2018

Subcategory/Content Page The content Archive can be accessed from any page within the AESS Resource Center (top right corner) Each subcategory page on the AESS Resource Center has a display image, title, price listing, and display date for each piece of content Each content page on the AESS Resource Center shows the display image, author, posted date, content tags, pricing, and links to share the content on social media To access content, visitors simply click on the resource title they wish to purchase either on the subcategory or content page Users will be prompted to “Sign-In” or “Create an Account” to be able to add content to their cart and make purchases 4/17/2018

Content Purchases Users will be prompted to “Sign-In” or “Create an Account” to be able to add content to their cart and make purchases Pricing levels: AESS Members: 30-minute video, 1-hour video , Slides, Electronic Magazine -- All Free IEEE Members: 30-minute video ($10), 1-hour video ($20), Slides ($15), Magazine ($3) Non-Members: 30-minute video ($25), 1-hour video ($50), Slides ($40), Magazine ($6) Assessments/certificates to verify completion of tutorial(s) Template to be provided by IEEE for creating assessment quizzes and certificates for uploading to Resource Centers Can choose which pieces of content within the Resource Center should require a quiz/certificate versus which are just available for purchase/perusal without assessment Will need to develop own quiz questions – can be as easy/difficult as deemed necessary – and determine the credit value (CEU/PDH) for each quiz completed Want 10 questions on file for every 30-minutes of content Each quiz attempt would have 5 randomized questions from the 10 questions created Users would need to score at least 80% to pass the quiz Users will have 3 attempts to pass the quiz and receive their certificate   “Certificates of Completion with Evidence of Learning” will be available to download from the Resource Center, using a similar process to purchasing content, once the user has passed the quiz for that piece of content 4/17/2018
