EC II SLC Update July 2017 Q2 Project Update Project Team meets bi monthly Updated FAQ’s posted on Church Website and at Welcome Center Held Favorable meeting with Lakeview Gardens Association EC II Project Rendering and site layout board will be installed at Welcome Center – Mid August EC II Project projected to close on October 2, 2017 Ground Breaking budget $6K (pending) Ground Breaking Ceremony Scheduled for October 8, 2017 City Council approved 100%, 25 year Tax Abatement application - complete 7/26/17 SWC Overall the project is going good Issues on property easement, water lines ,and 79th street repairs are being worked with a favorable outcome expected
