Presidents Report 2017 AGM RMCP is the tools, process, and procedures developed locally to address local needs. “One size does not fit all”. Northwest has gone first but what we have developed will be not be similar to other areas of the province. For example, we do not have the oil and gas issues that are in the Northeast part of the province. 25% of staff time spent on other agencies goals. This is not a re-organization, we have to work within our own structures. We are going to overlap mandates to assist other ministries deliver Government goals. No new FTE’s are on the table. It is essentially teamwork between enforcement agencies at a sub regional level. (project encompasses three forest districts) By Art Moi
