Architectural Control Keep Champion Forest Beautiful!! Send in your Architectural Control Application for all exterior alterations including driveways, additions, paint, roofing and fencing! Use backdoor pick up for garbage cans and remove cans and recycling bins from front yard the same day as pick up.

Safety and Security Patrol Services are contracted in Champion Forest through the Precinct 4 Constables. Our Constables are Lt. Larry Finley (shown), Deputy Jacobie Perry and Corporal Henry Crain. Lt. Larry Finley – Master Peace Officer licensed through the State of Texas, Commercial Pilot and Flight Instructor, trained as an EMT with the State of Texas, began Law Enforcement career in 1989, assigned to Champion Forest in 1995.
