Building a Tissue Paper Hot Air Balloon

Place template on top as guide for cutting Cut tissue paper Stack sheets folded the long way (use 4, 5, or 6 sheets)

Lay a second sheet on top and let glue dry to hold the sheets together. Lay one sheet flat and apply to edge of right half Not here! Glue here Not here!

Continue stacking and folding sheets until all sheets are glued on the right Fold the second sheet over, and add glue like you did to the first sheet.

Now, finally add glue to the left side of the botton sheet of tissue paper. Fold the top sheet back to attach it to the first sheet with glue, finishing the balloon. Gently open up the tissue paper. Check for holes or open seams. Add balsa wood at base if desired.
