Open Chrome, enter the URL provided by your teacher. This will take you to your Stoodle room. You and your partner will work in the box that matches the color of your URL. Solve the problem shown. Show your work in the box. You may use a calculator. You may use the bottom of this card for scratch paper if necessary. How will the problem be explained You are the Teacher! REDEFINITION Technology allows for new tasks, previously inconceivable. Students will use original videos to teach one integer operation to fellow students. Follow the directions below to complete the activity. With your group choose an integer operation (addition, subtraction, multiplication or division) to teach. Plan how you want to teach the operation. (How you will explain the operation to other students) You have to use the rules, but can also use a number line modeling method or an integer card game to help explain. You must also show examples. Be creative. Ex: Make a rhyme, or song. Using the planning sheet below, plan and gather the tools needed to complete the video to teach the integer operation. With the iMovie app, create a MOVIE teaching your integer operation. Remember to save your movie by listing hour first, chosen integer operation, and group number. Example: 3hr. Addition G4 Use the Send Anywhere app to transfer your iMovie to the computer. Log into Blackboard, and upload your video as a File in the Discussion Board entitled Integer Video. Watch another math class’ video and follow instructions on thread to give feedback on their video. This task uses: iMovie App Send Anywhere App Learning Objective(s): Students will create videos that teach one of the integer operations, view peer’s videos from other classes and give feedback. How To Make An iMovie ? On the iPad, click on the iMovie app. Tap + in the right corner to start a new movie. Choose the Movie Choose a movie theme with graphics and fonts. Click the blue Create in the upper right corner. Tap the camera button at the bottom right of the screen to record video. Add any photos, audio or other videos that are necessary to the project. Use the in the top left corner to help with how to edit the video. Once you are done, review your work by clicking the back arrow < in the top left corner and the play button . Edit if necessary. Tap the back arrow < again and tap on the My Movie title to change the title. ?
