Spotlight on supporting women experiencing homelessness with NRPF Immigration Law: How is it impacting on women with NRPF and possible support solutions Jasbindar Bhatoa Senior Legal Officer Rights of Women

Rights of Women www.rightsofwomen.org.uk Rights of Women is a women’s voluntary organisation committed to securing equality, justice and safety in the law for all women. We offer free confidential legal advice to women on our advice lines. We have three lines, advising on family law, criminal law, and immigration and asylum law. We provide education on women’s rights through several publications. These include the legal guides Domestic violence, immigration law and “no recourse to public funds” and Women, families and Article 8 as well as our other handbooks and legal guides. Rights of Women provide guidance for policy makers and work to put women’s rights on the public policy agenda. We also provide training for individual professionals and organisations.
