Introduction Hospitality and tourism has improved thro ages. Involvement of E-Commerce through internet to the development of tourism and hospitality industry.

E-COMMERCE AND TOURISM The Internet started to impact the business sector. Tourism has a big part of the global business pie. Tourism and hospitality marketing managers need to follow new technology.

HOTALES ADOPT THE INTERNET After the access of the Internet into tourism industry hotel firms obtain to expand their business. Transformation marketers start to consider and debate on a global basis new ways of development their business plans.

CASE STUDY METHODOLOGY research is an energetic procedure that requires extra caution from the researcher’s of weak and critical information nature. This primary tourism survey focused on hotels marketing departments to gather the experts’ opinion on new marketing strategies on the Internet.

ANALYSIS The hospitality industry has an important business potential worldwide and managers hope that Internet will increase it. The basic target going online is profit but a small number of hotels 15% did not have an online booking system yet. From a marketing manager’s point of view, the cost of the marketing campaign is always a serious problem because companies do not provide unlimited funds to spend on marketing plans.

CONCLUSION In this study certain hotels marketing approach versus e-commerce has been analyzed and the results were extremely positive. e-commerce would have an impact on tourism and hospitality industry anyway.
