Who am I? - Teacher will choose to be someone who is very well – known. Students can ask open and close questions until they guess who he/she is.
Hobbies Watch the following video and then discuss questions below with your classmate. Weird Hobbies Do you have any hobbies? Are you planning to have a new hobby? Do you know any strange hobby?
Simple Present Now we have talked about hobbies, can you tell us when do we use simple present? To talk about daily activities or things we do every day. Example: I have breakfast every day. – My sister wakes up at 7 o’clock every Monday.
Simple Present Structure Affirmative Form Subject + Verb + R.O.S ( person, animal, object (rest of the sentence) country, etc.). I practise football every Tuesday from 20.00 to 21.00 p.m. She collects travelling postcards.* We water the garden twice a day.
Simple Present Structure - Remember that when we use the third person singular we must add s – es to the verb. Check and compare: Tatiana practises tennis every Friday and Monday. He works in a bank. John lives very close to the theatre.

Activity 1: Find someone who … Walk around the classroom and find someone who : Does not live in Santiago. Knows how to set up a Rubik’s cube. Has an Instagram, Facebook and twitter account. Has a rabbit as a pet. Plays an instrument. Remember to ask questions using do – does. Write down your answers in your notebook and then share with the class.

Activity 3 What do you at the weekend? In your notebook write down your partner’s name and then ask him/her at least five questions about his/her weekend.
