Take the Right 15: Degree Maps Map courses term by term Make sure the courses students need are available Cap degrees at 60 and 120 credits Need slide on having the right data

Create a Plan Make it easy: Structured scheduling Block scheduling Winter and summer terms, mini terms Default scheduling (opt-out vs. opt-in) Change the culture: Train your stakeholders - Academic Advisors - Faculty Show results and relevance Evaluate progress Share and celebrate outcomes Integrate it into other initiatives Need slide on having the right data
