Multi-Item Form Allows the user to create a form that displays multiple records Generally forms only display one record at a time, but the Multiple Items Tool allows you to display more than one Looks similar to a table in Datasheet View Automatically displays in Layout View

Split Form Allows the user to view the data in Form View and Datasheet View at the same time When data is edited in the Form, changed are reflected in the Datasheet and vice versa

Split Form Properties of the Split Form can be adjusted in Design View to change which side the datasheet appears on (Split Form Orientation)

Subform A form within a form Subforms can be from a different table or query Main Form: Primary Form (John Wiley & Sons, Inc., 2013) Subform: form within the primary form

Subform Sometimes referred to as a hierarchical form Relationships need to be defined before a subform is created (John Wiley & Sons, Inc., 2014)

Application Parts Allow you to choose pre-formatted forms with unbound controls that can be bound Can contain command buttons Blank Forms: “category in Applications Parts gallery that contains a collection of 10 form parts that allows you to add predefined forms to a database” (John Wiley & Sons, Inc., 2013)

Navigation Forms Navigation Form: “A form that includes a set of navigation tabs that you can click to display forms and reports” (John Wiley & Sons, Inc., 2012) Can reduce the need for the Navigation Pane
