Pins Golden Rose Award State Achievement Award Carolyn

Other ways to honor Chapter Members’ Achievements Some chapters give a single achievement award, either modeled after the state and international awards or from a criteria created by the chapter. Chapters have given the rose and guard to attach to the honoree’s Key Pin, while some chapters have other traditions they use. Donations have been made to ASTEF in the recipient’s honor, a bell or other type of gift which may vary each year. Some chapters give Certificates of Recognition Carolyn

Additional Chapter Ideas Honoring members at each meeting who have received special awards and recognitions worthy of sharing with the members, such as Teacher of the Month, the Year or for publishing, to name a few. Things like: the “seat of honor” for a meeting or banquet; a red rose; candy – Hershey, Hugs & Kisses, Almond Joy, Pay Day etc.; Detergents - Pride and Joy Carolyn

Roses to all of you and to all who have gone before us to leave such a wonderful legacy of service to our Society. Barbara
