The first year Introduce football development officers to mentor coaches Create pathway – soccer school, children’s to youth – girls/boys Provide shared resource for coaching content Consider other coaching resources e.g. Coerver, Box Soccer Support coaches with the player development reports Introduce 6 monthly team/age group reviews Benchmark with other clubs e.g. Spartans Hold regular engagement sessions with parents
