Clubs - Overview Host at least event per quarter Focus on collaboration between clubs and with Craft of Teaching Utilize the online calendar/DSA Digest

Club Leader Contacts - Verifcation Please test and verify all of your club’s contact links on the DSA website http://dsa.uchicago.edu/activities/area-clubs/ And the Divinity School website https://divinity.uchicago.edu/clubs-and-workshops Send any updated contact information to Caroline Anglim CarolineAnglim@Uchicago.edu

Lists at UChicago Verify all administrators for your Club Lists by signing into https://lists.uchicago.edu/web with your CNET ID Most clubs have a contact listserv (for incoming mail) and a distribution listserv (for outgoing mail) DSA leaders have access to most of the contact lists but not the distribution lists. You should be able to gain access from past club leaders or sometimes affiliated faculty. If you have administrative access, you can click on admin next to your list name Confirm administrator names – you can add or subtract names by clicking “Edit list configuration” and “List definition” Contact CarolineAnglim@Uchicago.edu if the list needs to be updated or if you do not have administrator access. I will try to work with IT to gain you access.

Events New calendar through Time.ly http://dsa.uchicago.edu/calendar/ Click on +post your event and add: Venues Category, Feature, Club name Organizer contact information Picture After publishing your event, click on the event and share to Facebook and tag University of Chicago Divinity Students Association.

Log into https://events.uchicago.edu/caladmin/ with your CNET ID Fill in the necessary information Click “Suppress from Main Campus” (unless you would like to share the event on the main university calendar)

Events (continued) Contact: Choose your club name or “contact us” email address from the drop down list Or click “other” and include contact information in the description Once you have posted an event, please wait a few hours and check to make sure it was posted to our calendar http://dsa.uchicago.edu/calendar/ If you do not have calendar access, email carolineanglim@uchicago.edu - again I’ll work with IT to gain you access to this service.
