Used to tempt the Christ Prophecy: Psalm 91:11-12 11 For He will give His angels charge concerning you, To guard you in all your ways. 12 They will bear you up in their hands, That you do not strike your foot against a stone. David’s son called Lord Prophecy: Psalm 110:1 110:1 The LORD says to my Lord: "Sit at My right hand Until I make Your enemies a footstool for Your feet." Fulfillment: Matthew 22:41-45 41 Now while the Pharisees were gathered together, Jesus asked them a question: 42 "What do you think about the Christ, whose son is He?" Priest after Melchizedek’s order Prophecy: Psalm 110:4 4 The LORD has sworn and will not change His mind, "You are a priest forever According to the order of Melchizedek." Fulfillment: Hebrews 6:20 20 where Jesus has entered as a forerunner for us, having become a high priest forever according to the order of Melchizedek.

The rejected stone become the cornerstone Prophecy: Psalm 118:22 22 The stone which the builders rejected Has become the chief corner stone. Fulfillment: 1 Peter 2:7 7 This precious value, then, is for you who believe; but for those who disbelieve, "THE STONE WHICH THE BUILDERS REJECTED, THIS BECAME THE VERY CORNER stone,"

Blessed is He who comes Prophecy: Psalm 118:26 26 Blessed is the one who comes in the name of the LORD; We have blessed you from the house of the LORD. Fulfillment: Matthew 21:9 9 The crowds going ahead of Him, and those who followed, were shouting, "Hosanna to the Son of David; BLESSED IS HE WHO COMES IN THE NAME OF THE LORD; Hosanna in the highest!"
