Back Ground and Justification Current Condition CLA in Indonesia is Company base FSPMI have 434 Plant level and only 148 have CLA Bekasi Brach have 28 CBA from 57 Plant level Union

Time Frame Area : BEKASI Duration of training and workshop Once every 3 month = 4 times in a year Area : BEKASI NO Month Participant 1 March 20 2 July 3 September 4 December

Target Group Participant 20 shop stewards (Union Officers) in Bekasi Area, including 30% of women representatives Parties Involve Education and CLA department in FSPMI ILO office Jakarta as educator or trainer data source

Objective In the end of this activities FSPMI members in Bekasi will undestand how to make CLA according to ILS In December 2012 number of CLA in Bekasi area increase from 28 become 31

Activities Collect data base of plant level in Bekasi who haven’t CBA. Produce training material and data of CLA Workshop of CLA with 60 participant (base on data) Traning how to make CBA in Bekasi area, for 20 participants (3 days in every training)
