Progress fact of the work Contents CC2430 main features Progress fact of the work
Features CC2430 is SoC solution for ZigBee : Enhanced version of the 8051 core + CC2420 RF transceiver core The CC2430-F32, CC2430-F64 and CC2430-F128 devices represent three different Flash memory size: 32kB, 64kB, 128kB 8kB SRAM, 4kB with data retention in all power modes. System clock source can be 16 MHz RC oscillator or 32 MHz crystal oscillator. The 32 MHz oscillator is used when radio is active. Optional clock source for ultra-low power operation can be either low-power RC oscillator or an optional 32.768 kHz crystal oscillator. Reference design with external PA providing +10 dBm output power is easily made based on CC2420 with external PA solution.
