Perform some interim Project Approvals and be involved in the Project Review Process. Steering Committee Come from areas of the organization impacted by the project. Collectively, make high-level decisions on the project and provide guidance to assist the progression of the project. Make sure the project is meeting its intended objectives from a functional and strategic point of view.
