Matter Is it a solid, liquid or gas? We examine the process of making jello, snow, and snowflakes to experience all 3 forms of matter.

JELLO The liquid water heats to a boil forming steam which is a gas. We take notes of what we see.

We make record what we observe. The boiling water is mixed with the solid powder sugar crystals. The powder dissolves leaving a liquid solution. We make record what we observe.

We have finished the procedure, now we have to wait… what will happen We have finished the procedure, now we have to wait… what will happen? Group hypothesis is - turn to ice
