Rehabilitation: The rehab process is unique to each individual injury Every person and every injury is different therefore each rehab process is unique to the individual and their injury Rehab can take days to months depending on the nature and severity of the injury

Rehabilitation: The rehab process is generally broken down into 3 phases: Phase 1: Control Inflammation Phase 2: Repair Phase 3: Remodel
