COMMUNICATION NEW WEBSITE EMAILS – CHARMS PRBB BULLETIN BOARD IN BAND ROOM

WELCOME TO CHARMS The Band boosters have purchased a subscription to charms. This system is being used for ALL email communication. System has many abilities that boosters and staff will slowly begin to utilize during the next few years. Please login in to: https://www.charmsoffice.com

We have a new website! A BIG thank you to Lisa Gaffey and Jill Gruber https://pinerichlandband.wordpress.com/

Treasurer’s Report Treasurer, Dan Kerr The boosters appear to be on solid financial footing. Fiscal Year 2015-2016 closed on 6/30/16 with a cash balance of $54,792. Finished work for the year on 7/31/16. The annual audit began in August. As of 8/7/16 the current cash balance is $60,632, which includes the Dance Team cash balance of $5,839. Total operating & fundraising income from 2015-2016 was $169,661 and the expenses were $159,663, resulting in a net operating income of $9,998. It is typical for a non-Florida band trip year to have a surplus; Loss in 2014-2015 was $12,106 (trip to Disney World). Band Registration, including Pirates Ticket Sales for 8/22/16 game, is complete. Received net $26,019 to date but paid out $9,690 for game tickets. Expect to receive a few more payments in August.
