Joint Presentation of the NCPs from PL, EE, LV and LT TAF TSI Workshop Warsaw 12-13 / 09 / 2017

Polish Office of Rail Transport, UTK (Urząd Transportu Kolejowego) has been assigned by the Ministry of Infrastructure and Development as Polish NCP. The person responsible for Polish NCP activities for TAF TSI and TAP TSI in UTK is Michał Jaworski (head of railway market analysis unit) e-mail: michal.jaworski@utk.gov.pl NSA of Poland has started its NCP activities in 2015 (dedicated website has been launched) . All active RUs and IMs were informed by an official letter about NCP activities and about the hereby workshop (78 RUs and 12 IM) Stakeholders were informed by our Website www.utk.gov.pl

The Estonian NCP: TJA – Technical Regulatory Authority TJA acts as an official NCP in Estonia and is mandated by the Estonian Ministry of Economic Affairs and Communications The contact person for NCP TAF TSI activities is Triinu Uiboleht (e-mail triinu.uiboleht@tja.ee) TAF TSI implementation participation: 2 IM and 2 RU

The Estonian NCP: TJA – Technical Regulatory Authority National network (1520 mm) mainly managed by following IM-s Estonian Railways Ltd (1287 km) Edelaraudtee Infrastruktuuri AS (223 km) Lenght of railway network: 2146 km (1510 km public) Number of RU-s (freight and passenger): 16 Freight turnover (2016): 2.3 billion tonne-kilometres Tonnes carried (2016): 25 million tonnes

The Latvian NCP: State Railway Inspectorate (NSA of Latvia) State Railway Inspectorate acting as NCP on the basis with the primary legislative act "Law on Railway's" The person responsible for Latvian NCP activities for TAF TSI and TAP TSI is Arijs Tunkelis (NSA expert on railway interoperability from Development unit) E-mail: arijs.tunkelis@vdzti.gov.lv NSA of Latvia has started their NCP activities since the March 10, 2016 with the appropriate amendment within the railway act "Law on Railway's" The information about TAF TSI and TAP TSI  activities is coordinated by Latvian NCP and 4 RU and 1 IM are informed about Stakeholders were informed by www.vdzti.gov.lv 12 september 2017, Warsaw
