Office of the Plenipotentiary of the Government of the Slovak republic for the Development of the Civil Society (since 2011) In charge of: development and coordination of implementation of Open Government Partnership Action plans to support partnerships between government and civil society to propose legislative framework in order to promote positive transformation of the civil society in Slovak republic.

Open data and OGP/USVROS 3rd action plan: Open API: Ensure using and publishing of open data and Open API in projects financed by the Operational Program II (OPII). Carry out yearly a survey of the most requested Open API Based on the results of public demand for the most requested Open API, preferentially make publicly available relevant Open API in compliance with the legislature and existing technical environment on the Open Data Portal together with specifying their licenses.

Open data and OGP/USVROS 3rd action plan: Open source software: Publish a list of Open Source Software used by ministries and other government departments with the aims and licenses of individual software as well as software that ministries and other government departments are licensed to use, distribute and publish Detect the use of Open Source Software in delivered systems, analyze the possibilities to publish parts of source codes under a Creative Commons license and publish the chosen parts of source codes. Produce a study in cooperation with civil society experts, analyzing the possibilities, advantages and disadvantages of Open Source Software and other license models use in the public administration
