The aim of the research is to examine the proposed model of classes for both parents and children and to check if it constitutes the efficient way of promoting physical activity. Research questions: Can a child encourage parents to physical activity? Can classes for both parents and children be a way of promoting physical acitivity? Which member of a family is a promoter of physical activity? What are the motives for participation in recreational physical activity of parents with their children? What feelings do the classes evoke? T HE AIM OF THE WORK AND RESEARCH QUESTIONS
