Review & Approval TEPG, LEPG, SLO Handbooks-emailed for review September 27, 2016 Job Descriptions-emailed for review October 6, 2016, includes: TEPG Facilitator- TEPG Resource Team Leader and Member - TEPG SLO/Data Coach - LEPG Resource Team Standards and Practices Facilitator and Member- LEPG Collaborative Coaching for Evaluators- LEPG Video Master Scoring team member Limiting Resource Team participation to three local and three targeted Measures Map & R&R Frameworks As everyone has had a chance to review these materials ahead of time, we won’t spend to much time diving into them; we will highlight significant changes being proposed

Handbook Updates: TEPG, SLO, & LEPG cleaning up fonts updated teacher leader names and roles updated deadlines updated SLO guidelines updated SLO template updated SLO approval checklist addition of appendix to LEPG and TEPG handbooks that outlines how principals are trained to evaluate. elimination of second semester SLOs. propose to eliminate the 5% weight on the learner perception survey, add to professional practice weight Is there a motion to approve handbooks?

Job Description Updates NB Facilitators have become TEPG Facilitators Resource Team leader and member JDs updated to include: Clarifying expectations for documentation Clarifying PLC structure Raising compensation from $300/$400 to $400/$500 for the members/leaders Limiting number of Resource Teams per educator Deadline for submitting proposals: Dec. 23th (final documents: May 31st)
