Recompete in 2016 Over the last six years, JVC Northwest and our Partner Agencies have collaborated in our AmeriCorps program, engaging 135 members in fulltime meaningful service opportunities in Alaska, Idaho, Montana, Oregon and Washington.  We are currently under a press embargo related to the 2016 recompete, however we will confidentially share with you that we have received funding. Recompete: Evaluation and Impact As with any funding, outcomes and impact are essential to report. CNCS federal funding requires each grantee to conduct an evaluation to share the impact of the service AmeriCorps members provide. We will be communicating more specifics on our evaluation efforts with you in the coming months as well what we will be seeking from your respective organizations to assist in our evaluation.
