This assessment report is a required deliverable for DYDPS Planning Services Engagement – Migrating to Microsoft Dynamics 365. You are required to submit a completed report, after it was delivered to the customer, as an attachment to your engagement completion report. You can use your own template as a deliverable, as long as it capture similar information to that listed on the slides in this presentation. Slides in this presentation report are meant to be customized and completed with information relevant to the specific customer engagement you delivered.
